One day the sun admitted

I am just a shadow.

I wish I could show you

The Infinite Incandescence

That has cast my brilliant image!

I wish I could show you,

When you are lonely and in darkness,

The Astonishing Light

Of your own Being

Amy Delia Bodywork is re-opening for business on Friday July 24th and I am now scheduling appointments.

Contact me any time via phone, text or email to schedule your session.

My new hours of operation are as follows:

Saturday 10am-4pm

Tuesday 9:30am-3:30pm

Wednesday 9:30am-3:30pm

Thursday 12pm-7pm

Friday 12pm-7pm

Twenty four hours prior to your scheduled appointment please visit the link to my new intake form, a quick health screening. I will be self-screening every day, including taking my temperature.

Both client and practitioner will be required to wear a mask during sessions.

Because of the recent extreme temperatures I have ordered a small portable air conditioning unit to accommodate a more comfortable experience. Normally in the warm weather I have windows open and exhaust fans on. On the very hottest days I will try using this new device which means closing windows - so I also have a new air filter on its way. My aim, either way, is to keep fresh air circulating or if the space is enclosed to have the air being continuously cleaned. I  will be running the air filter at all times during sessions, even with windows open, since it will assist in removing pollutants as well as virus particles from the therapy space.

As always, my space will be dedicated for bodywork only and cleaned regularly. In order to reduce contact between clients, I will leave ample time in between appointments for changing linens and wiping down surfaces and will ask that you wait outside on the deck or in your car until I text or call that I am ready to receive you. Please do your best to arrive at the scheduled time of appointment, or just a few minutes before and also to allow five to ten minutes of flexibility after your appointment to allow for transitions and the natural irregularities of time that happen in life.

I look forward to connecting with you!
